my main filmmaker homeboy michael pope and i decided to do what we love, which was lots of work, fast. so we made lo-budget videos for half the songs on Who Killed Amanda Palmer, filmed mostly in our house, the cloud club (runs in the family, point of it all), or in my old high school with the help of the drama department (guitar hero, astronaut, strength through music – all filmed over two days), and my parent’s house and the basement of the steinway building in boston (ampersand).
